Question on the assembly of the saftey?
Gentlemen, Today my neighbor and I took apart my P-64 to see why the safety worked so hard. We determined that the spring was in wrong. The spring was facing the barrel of the safety. I thought the pin should face the barrel so it would go into the detents on the safety. That is the way we reassembled the gun. Did we do it correctly or not? " Junius Taylor Please reply, as you know so much about this fine pistol."
