Buffalo Bore ammo

Post by Bullsquid »

Has anyone had ant experience with the Buffalo Bore JHP or their 115gr. flat nose ammo? Function, accuracy, etc... Any comments and opinions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Seems a little stout to run in something as light as a P64. I know some folks run them in their CZ82 with no problem though.

I changed the main spring to a 22lb.Wolf. This was a great improvement in recoil along with the 17lb. hammer spring. It functions flawlessly with Wolf Military Classic ammo. I have not ran any HP through it yet. I am really impressed with this little pistol so far! I am looking for a self defense round. I always liked Buffalo bore but am curious how the round performs in the P64 before I splurge in a few boxes. It is very EXPENSIVE!!.

It's been done and has been discussed on here at one time. The basic consensus is not to use a steady amount of BB through the P-64. I'd be more nervous to use it in a PA-63 with the alloy frame. However, to each their own. It certainly won't blow the gun up. If you have questions about it, I'd suggest you contact Buffalo Bore and ask them.
