Check out the guy from Boston...he is nuts.

No it is not me (I like cigars and I'm fat but other than that he bears no resemblence to me).

His language is a little blue, okay alot blue so I warn and apologize in advance. If you don't like the F-bomb don't click.

I don't want to offend anyone but I thought this was a riot...oh yeah...if you're a liberal democrat...make sure you're sitting down for this one!! 8-)

He's pretty out there, but I'd rather hear 100 of him than 1 of nancy pelosy or mikel moore (didn't spell check their names, it's not worth it.)

volfdandan, somehow I knew before clicking on that link what video that was, it's one of my favorites as well.

nbender, are you really asking that question, or just quoting. if so then, a barrel shroud is also known as a heat shield, commonly seen on shotguns and machine guns to keep one from burning their hand by touching the barrel. http://www.geocities.com/Yosemite/Gorge ... /tec9b.jpg

carguy, "Summer's Eve Sachel" you may want to fill me in here, I'm lost...

Thank you guys.
I'm sitting at home puking my guts out - food poisoning is no fun.
This is a first time I busted out laughing whole day.
Did anybody check out "Texas neighbor" posting next to a guy from Boston?

Trent, I was actually asking the question. I've been around military arms for some time, including some extended trigger time on the M-60 machine gun, and now I'm a collecter of various firearms, but I've never heard the term "barrel shroud". I can't remember the military using that term, and I suspect that may apply more to a Mall Ninja's gun than the ones I'm familiar with?

Well, the term does make sense, maybe I just forgot the nomenclature.

Sorry if that offends. And, why would Ms Bozo's include "Barrel Shroud" in her gun ban bill?

bender,

I think the two best examples of barrel shrouds in military use were the Winchester Model 97 Trench shotgun (WWI) and the classic 1919A4.

Okay Trent, I'll go slow...Summer's Eve Satchel

Summer's Eve (a douche)

Satchel (bag)

Got it, I thought you were in college? Oh that's just it, no reason to know what Summer's Eve even is...too young...sorry. I used to work for Johnson & Johnson and sell health and beauty aids so I was familiar with that section of retailer stores...too familiar. :'(

Jaku66, glad I perked your day up a little...feel better.

Nbender, she has no clue and admits it at the end, all she did was support whatever the old bill was and I'm sure whoever wrote the original assault weapons ban was probably refering to a flash suppressor or something else evil looking!!!
