While it is true that there is no pressure on the rim, many people mark cases that they have seriously messed with in this manner ... I'd toss it.
My take on reloading is better safe than sorry.

Light Makarov load
Garry, I have used SR7625 and SR 4756 powders when I first started experimenting, I think about 3.0 to 3.5 grains. I tested them in my Bulgarian Makarov, and they were almost too weak to cycle the action, so I would have to boost the charge by 0.5 grains and try again. I bought Meister RN lead bullets from Midway USA - 500 for about $22.00 plus shipping in .365 Makarov. Also I use 9MM Luger brass cut down to 18mm with the Lee Tool $7-$10 also from Midway USA. Now a problem, 1mm is very small and the headstamp still shows 9mm Luger so what I do is use an indelible black or blue pen to circle the headstamp so that I know that these are cutdown to 9x18 sizes. I have to remark each time I reload as the cleaning action of the tumbler erases the existing pen mark. The pen mark also helps me find my brass on the range floor! I like SR 4756 powder as it is very clean burning as opposed to the sooty residue left by Bullseye. Hope this info helps.
I just want to say how much I appreciate this website, it is so friendly and there are many very knowledgeable contributors such as Normsutton who only lives about 35 miles from me. I am in Kissimmee about 13 miles from the front door of Mickey Rat and the Tragic Kingdom!!
Have a great day everybody, and keep the helpful information coming.
