HELP FIXING SIGHTS

I recently got my hands on an IJ-70 MAKAROV pistol, I took it to the range it fired very well, yet I couldnt hit what I was aiming at. I'm thinking it has somthing to do with the rear adjustable sights being off, does anyone know how to fix this problem, if any one does please post. As well if any one has a manuel for sale let me no.

I just saw 2 Makarov manuals for sale at the Bullet Hole in KS. I do not know if they do shipping or not and if i recall , the price was 11-12$ . Sorry that is just what i saw. they are sealed in plastic and about 50 or so pages. Good Luck and also did you try this website? http://www.makarov.com/
