HI all,

In the past some have shown interest in the Knob Creek Machine Gun Shoot at West Point, KY. Below is schedule of Events for the April 13-15 show.

THURSDAY, APRIL 12th
ONLY PRE-REGISTERED EXHIBITORS AND SHOOTERS ALLOWED!!!

Friday, April 13th
7 A.M. Breakfast Buffet $6.00
8 A.M. Assault Rifle Match Starts (Pre-registration Required)
8 A.M. Old Military Bolt Rifle Match Starts (Pre-registration Required)
8 A.M. KCR Subgun Match Starts (Pre-registration Required)
9 A.M. Machine Gun Shoot and Show Opens
10 A.M. Subgun Jungle Walk
8 P.M. Military Gun Show Closes

Saturday, April 14th
7 A.M. Breakfast Buffet - $6.00
8A.M. KPDL Practical Pistol Match (Pre-registration Required)
$25 Adv. (2 wks. prior) $35 regular
8 A.M. KCR Subgun Match (Pre-registration Required)
9 A.M. Machine Gun Rental and Open Shooting on Lower Range
9 A.M. Military Gun Shoot and Show Opens
5 P.M. Night Shoot Starts
10 P.M. Night Shoot Ends &
Military Gun Show Closes

Sunday, April 15th
7 A.M. Breakfast Buffet $6.00
8 A.M. Assault Shotgun Match Starts (Pre-registration Required)
9 A.M. Machine Gun Rentals & Open Shooting on Lower Range
9 A.M. Machine Gun Shoot and Show Opens
4 P.M. Shoot & Show is over

Range Office Hours -- Fri. 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Sat. 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. (Night Shoot starts at 5:00 p.m.)
Sun. 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Machine Gun Rentals Sat. 9a.m. until dark & Sun. 9 a.m. till 4 p.m.

Breakfast Buffet at 7 a.m. Fri., Sat. & Sun. Refreshments on grounds

trying to get my sons schedule to see if I can have a family affair at knob creek should know in a day or so if he has duty that weekend.. it would be great have a forum presence there wouldn't it

Hi Chris,

First, welcome aboard, glad to have ya here, this is the best source for information on the P-64 anywhere. Sorry to say, Shawn, [Zeeborg member ID aka Zee] no longer makes his grips. He had to stop making his grips for personal reasons. He did mention that at some later date he might start them up again, we will just have to wait and see, hopefully he will.

We do have two other members here that also make grips [wood] and they are excellent to deal with and make excellent grips for the P-64 and other pistols too. Below is their web site info.

I just talked to my cousin this afternoon and we are for sure making the trip, we will be there Sat & Sun, [Apr 14-15] I think there might be some more of us from this board there to, but no confirmation yet. Yes, it would be great to get to meet you and your family at Knob Creek, looking forward to it, hope you can work it all out.

Unless something comes up, I'll be in the camping section on thursday, then leave out sunday morning. The show is great, but the buyers area will take all day...ammo time.
Papabear, I'll pm you for sure before we leave.

Hey, it sounds like 3 of us from here [P-64 Board] might be there, [Knob Creek] there is plenty room for more, ya'll come now, ya hear. ;D

A little info to anyone who has never been there and wants to camp. There are no sites, you just find a spot and set up. Good folks will set up all over the place. No running water, but lots of port-a-pottys. I think it cost about 40 to camp from thursday to sunday, but you can camp as early as monday. If you go, be ready fo the biggest show on sat night you will ever see. I sure hope to see a few of you there.
