I sorted my cases the other day and the Red Army Elite cases all appear to be fine. The PRVI Partizan cases are badly bulged at the base. Not sure why I didn't notice it sooner.

prvi ammo is loaded a bit on the hot side. This same thing has been observed by other members before. That is why your cases are bulged.
Close enough for Government work will get you dead, ask any Vet.
