American Eagle Ammo

Never having heard of it, my local gun store here in central Oregon sells 9x18 Makarov American Eagle 95 Gr. FMJ Only store within a 25 mile radius that even carries the 9mm Makarov ammo and I don't want to order by mail. Is any one familiar with American Eagle??

Federal makes American Eagle. Reloadable brass. I have shot a lot of it in .45 and 9x19. Never shot any in 9x18 because I don't reload and there are so many cheaper brands, especially online. I never did like being dependant on buying just what my local dealers chose to sell me.

That's a shame that you don't want to mail order ammo. Federal American Eagle is Ok, but it's outrageously overpriced. I won't pay $20 for a box of any kind of ammunition.
