Do you have to change the recoil spring when you change the main/hammer spring have a lighter DA trigger pull?

Re: spring question
Welcome to the forum. The recoil spring has nothing to do with the amount of force necessary to pull the trigger. Some say a heavier recoil spring reduces felt recoil. Personally I've ran all three and really don't notice that much difference. I run the 20# spring because I tend to shoot pretty hot ammo and a heavier spring helps reduce wear and tear on the gun. Bill
Shoot first, Shoot straight, and hit what you're aiming at, if you can do these things and have six rounds of ammo, you'll have two thirds more than you need to prevail.
