extraction/feed problem.

I bought a p64 that I've yet to shoot as I am having the following problem:
with one round in the magazine, it chambers and extracts it with no problem.
with more than one round in the magazine it will chamber the first round, but will fail to extract it, the nose of the second round will jam under the rim of the first, partially chambered round. i've tried the mag that it came with and another from keepshooting.com.

any ideas?

Welcome to the forum and yes try shooting it to see if you have any problems.

If you do try some different ammo. What are you using now?

I have a femaru M37 that won't extract snap caps but works perfect in live fire.
