It's a P64 that was Photoshopped onto pavement. The person who did it isn't very good and put a horrid drop shadow under the entire thing without taking perspective and light into consideration (this seems to be the case with the evidence number cards, as well). There are spent shells, but the safety is off and hammer decocked. The gun has a mag in it, but there's also another in the background. Sigh...

St. Louis, sheesh. I grew up in Webster Groves then moved to Cleveland in '77. Yep I'd say it is a P 64
Repeal mandatory health insurance purchase language in the health care bill. Fines/jail are for criminal or civil misconduct. Insurance isn't a tax. By forcing this you betray public trust, ignore your constitution oaths, & are party to extortion.

It sure looks like a P64. The only other pistol I have that even comes close is the Carpati 95
