well guys I finally got one

paid a little to much for it , but its the best one I've seen in a long time, seen some go for a lot higher in a lot worse shape ,

Norm,nice find,great specimen!That floating chamber was designed to mimic the recoil of the 1911 45acp if my memory serves me well,for training purposes,wasn't it?

not sure about that, I know it makes it so it operates a lot better with low velocity ammo,
