As always, nice pistols papabear!
Wasn't the 13-3 used by the FBI before they went to semiautos?

Yes, the FBI was issued model 13 with a 3" heavy barrel shortly before switching to semi-automatic pistols. The Model 13 was manufactured from 1973 to 1999. The model 65 is a variant in stainless and the model 19 is essentially the same gun with adjustable sights, all three are K frames. The Model 13 was originally requested by the New York State Police in order to have a .357 Magnum revolver to replace their .38 Special Model 10s.

I have a ROSSI copy of the SW M36-5. I've had it for over 20 yrs. Inexpensive, dependable and surprizingly accurate. It's now the wife's night table gun loaded with 'Silver Tips'. It's the one she like's best, after the 20ga. Remington 870 youth model loaded with buck.
