Slide activating de-cocker?

Hey all,

I'm relatively new to this forum and the P-64 in general.

I've shot about 100 rounds through it so far. I had problems with the first two magazines I shot, but have had fewer problems since. On at least three occasions, though, the slide has activated the de-cocker while loading a new round and returning to battery. So, I end up with a loaded weapon on safety in the middle of a magazine. I think it may be because I didn't fully disengage the safety, but I don't know for sure. Another range trip should help me diagnose the problem. Has anyone had this issue?

take the safety apart and clean it ,
and did you clean the gun before you shot it

I did clean the gun before the first shooting and in between shootings. I will attempt to take the safety apart and clean it. Wish me luck!
