That's really nice looking grayfox.

They were made by Marlin in the 70's weren't they?

Where did you find it and what shape is it in?

I found it in a pawn shop in sevierville, wood is perfect. I used a lil cold blue to touch it up. Doesn't look new, but it was made in '78. I like the slighty worn look. I may make it my truck gun....Don't get the looks with a 30-30 as you would with an AK.

Well the Glenfield Marlin is now in the truck. Put the scope I had on the Marlin which hangs on the wall with the Winchester. Had time today to go over my bag behind the seat, checking on the med supplys,ect. Carry a 380 LLama in the console in case I run out without my carry gun. Life is good at times. ;D

I am jealous. I want a .30-30 so bad. Mu uncle has a Winchester that is beautiful and shoots so damn straight.

I hope you get the winchester someday. Mine is the newer one, sure wish I had the old one. During deer season here, you can see a " thurdy thurdy" hanging in most pickups. ;D
