P-83 at Auction Arms!
There is a P-83 at Auction Arms that is listed as new in box and the price is still reasonable. I'm going to have to wait for awhile before I can purchase another pistol so I'm out of this one.
Good Luck to who ever bids,

PshooteR, thanks for posting the auction, would have done it myself had I known how. Hope who ever is interested in it from the forum is able to pick it up. I already did a no no and bought an East Germen Makarov this morning and I've shot my gun budget for the rest of the year.

Good luck Fritzhund. I also have shot my pistol budget with the recent purchases. I really want to add one to my collection at some point.
Hopefully you pick it up and can get us a report.

Thanks guys,
We'll see what happens. I figure that eventually we will see some more of these show up, but hey I like to looks of this gun and apparantly some improvements have been made over the P-64.
PshootR, what do you think of the one you bought? Is it something you shoot, or is it LNIB in a safe?

There is one at Gun Broker that the fellow is asking over $435.00
for, not getting any bidders on the item. I wish they would show up in mass so we could all start purchasing them. My feeling is that some one is testing the waters to see what the traffic will bare. It is going to be interesting to see what it will take to purchase the one at Auction Arms.

I think I have about 50 rounds through it. Double action pull is a lot better than the P-64. If you like a 9x18 about the size of a compact service pistol it's fine. Recoil with the added size, weight and smooth wrap-around grips is much less than the P-64. A Kel-Tec P-11 is smaller all around.

Fritzhund, you gave her your best shot, the fellow who won it paid a lot more than I would have, I hope this isn't a precursor of the standard prices when these pistole's are finally let loose in mass.

Yeah, I bid up as high as I was willing to pay. There was also shipping and the FFL transfer to figure into the price as well.......
I think I will wait and see if they ever show up in bulk.
It's still a stamped pistol also.

Fritz, I agree, sooner or later they will show up and the market will dictate the price which I guarantee you will be power.
