Does this RDS ammo differ from the regular Brown Bear ammo? Is it hotter? It seems that it is very similar. Anyone have any thoughts?

I just purchased 1000 rds. of brown bear from the Ammunition center, and don't remember the rounds as being that hot. One of the members posted a thread where he shot up an old computer and was surprised that the Silver Bear hollow points would not penetrate some of the metal in the device. It would be interesting to know what the muzzle energy and the FPS are with some of these cartridges. If I ever found a need to carry one of my 9x18 pistole's it would be nice to know I had the hottest round I could safely carry.

been thinking about getting some of this stuff...is it too hot for the PA-63?

Sure could use some 9x18 ammo here in CA before they cut us off from Internet sales :(
