Grips Origonal OK?

Post by breeze »

Been doing alot of reading on grip problems. Only because I noticed they are not the most comfotable in the world. ( for a carry gun that really isn`t that important ) But I am wondering if that is the only real problem or do the origonal grips also crack like the replacements? Is there a source for origonal grips? Thanks, Breeze

Can''t comment on wood grips but I did break a plastic one. It was a left thumb rest grip that split below the thumb rest.
I replaced it with an original flat grip and all is well so far.
Original grips are available at www.tnguns.com

I don't think anyone has broken an original flat grip yet, it was the thumb rest grip that broke and its not original it was put on for import reason's,

there was some Dennis wood grips that broke but he replaced all of those at no charge, and has come up with a new design

and never heard of a ZEE grip braking at all except from one ex member that was a TROLL

First welcome to site second I have all four types and havent managed to crack or break any yet. I dont have preference except in the carry gun which is the ever famous Zee grips.

mine (origional flat) have stayed together very well, and I've been carrying it a majority of the time since last may. as for comfortability I've added a hogue handall JR to mine (really improves the grip) mind you it seems about 50/50 of people who do or don't like those grips (they tend to stick to clothing and such since they are rubber)
