Is there any way to keep the grips on my P64 from shifting,my new Dennis grips and the factory are both the same?

The grips have the locking pins,what happens is the grips have a little rocking motion and I don't want to tighten them so much they break.

you could always wants called glass bed the grips , I have done that to rifles and hand guns,

Mine have done that in the past when I changed the hammer spring. Take them apart and hold them solidly together when you adapt the nut and bolt. It may take two or three times before you get it right but eventually it will work. Be careful not to over tighten the screws, the grips will crack.
