Yup, the BM is perfect. No failures of any kind and just a really nice pistol to shoot. Accuracy isn't what I'm used to but maybe it is me and that pesky rear sight that may need another whack after my firing pin job. Have I said how much I do love this pistol... :-*
But the P-64 really shined today. How can a little surplus pistol be so darn accurate? How can it just work like it does all the time? My son and I were shooting steel plates at 25 yards. he loves my BM so of course he had to have my newest piece. I beat him every time. I hit the plate with a PLING! twice for every single time he hit it with the BM!!! It was not unusual for me to go 4 for 5 with each round we had...
...it sure is fun to be better at something than your 21 year old kid. He is so much more athletic than I so it was tough to find something I can beat him at. Oh yeah, you'll love this one...steel plate at 100 yards, he couldn't zero in with the BM...first shot with the P-64...PLING!!I just walked away and thanked goodness someone was guiding that shot! UNBELIEVABLE!! And I still haven't stopped rubbing it in yet... ::) Have I said how much I really love this pistol... :-* :-*
