Good day at the gun show.

Post by donnerwetter58 »

Went to the gun show in Dayton, OH yesterday morning.
In a dealer's "used guns, make offer" case was a nice P-64.
A 1976 triangle hammer version with a little evidence of holster wear on the slide front corners.
It was $135.00 OTD. Seems there are still good deals out there if you keep your eyes open. I had no intention of coming home with another gun but I'm sure you all know how that works.
My girlfriend has taken a liking to it but I'm not sure what to do....so many women and so few P-64's.
Have a great day.

Excellent find, I've not seen one at that price for at least a year.
Congratulations,

"That is how you do it son." That sounds like the kind of story I would tell my son teaching him how to go through a Gun Show and find deals. :D Also having a good back up plan is a good tactic in case your wife gives you a credit card to use at the show that is expired. That happened to me recently, not on purpose mind you, ::), is was an accident she said. I had a back up plan, and still came home with a great deal like. Good job my friend. :)
