Pierogis are much better than ravioli.
Can you fill ravioli with strawberies or even better kraut & mashrums?
Add some warm borshch and we have a meal!

My oldest daughter Emily has really bad allergies, gluten,(wheat, rye, oat, most grains), soy, tree nuts and peanuts, corn, and I'm sure there's other foods, and the others, dust ect... Any how she loves her pierogis, so now her and my wife make them homemade with ingredients she can eat, and man oh man, pass the sour cream!!
While we were up north this past 4th of July, my younger brother Marty taught my wife and kids my mom's recipe for Golabki,(stuffed cabbage). I'll try to find some pics I took with my phone of the ones we made up north. I sent them to my other brother who had to leave for downstate to go back to work. Man did he miss out on some good ole home cooked meals the next couple of days. The trick is not to eat them the same day you first make them. You let them soak in all the sauces and viola, perfection is all I can say. But what I wanted to also point out was that he showed Emily how to make them without the stuff that effects her allergies. I'll go and try to find those pics, I can smell them bad boys as I type, mmm-mmmm- mmm!!

presently from 'Surprise' Arizona...... formally from Kansas circa 1956..... have lived in California, Washington, Montana, Germany, France and Iran.........

looks like only one other person from AZ in the post's..........

got my first P-64, with the nasty DA trigger, on 1 Dec 07...... waiting on springs to be delivered before i go to the range with it....... the thing looks like it has never been used, but it is a 1969...... it sure fits the hand nicely......

like all the good info on this forum, especially on the what to do to make it better.......

ammo for mine will be the Hornady 95gr JHP/XTP for carry......... range ammo is presently the Sellier & Bellot from CZ............... i use the S & B in my 45 ACP and like it for practice........

anyway, everyone keep up the good work on this forum.......

Well, I have finally made it to Douglas county, Or. Bought us a fairly nice place in a quiet retirement park and loving it. Roseburg is like setpping back into a comfy pair of shoes. I think Oregon has the most number of people in the forum!!! Come on guys I know there are alot of you who are not posting where ya live.

That be me. New Mexico is too far from you to see, that light you see must be somebody in New York left the light on again.
