Latest Drought Update

Post by fritzhund »

Hello and thank you all for your support, information, expertise, and general shared knowledge regarding this fine pistol.

I purchased my first P-64 1975 at an on-line auction in August 2007 for $169.00 (2mags). It was in cosmoline. What I discovered after the pistol was cleaned and ready to go was a non-issued pistol. I mean this was NEW. Are there any more?

I received my second P-64 today. $155+$15 on auction. Same year 1975. This also has 2 mags, cosmoline, BUT has been carried and fired. It is solid, and the bore looks nice. The frame and slide show wear. No big deal as I am happy with it.

I am researching Duracoat for this one. I carry my original P-64.

Any recent condition and price reports out there?

Prices are up, excellent condition items are going for $165.00 and up, plus cost of shipping, at the auction sites.
