Hello Trent:

That's the old Russian "LVE Green Box" that was extremely popular 6 or 8 years ago. Shooters loved the reliability. I tested 20 rounds some time back:

LVE (Green Box) 95-gr FMJ (20 rounds tested)

Manufacturer: LVE (Low Voltage Equipment Plant), Novosibirsk, Russia
Headstamp: LVE 99 9x18Mak
Cartridge Case: Steel case, berdan primed, non-corrosive primer
Bullet: 92.2-gr (1 measured), steel-jacketed copper-coated with concave exposed-lead base
Magnetic: Cartridge case and bullet jacket are magnetic

OAL (ins)
Range: 0.971 – 0.979
Avg: 0.974

Velocity: (fps)
Range: 968 - 1029
Avg: 1008
ES: 20
SD: 61

The numbers you inquired about are velocity measurements in metric. I'm not set up with the time or resources here to convert to our feet per second system.

"v10=315 m/c" should be 1033 ft./sec.

well cool, so it is shooter stuff, not collectible right? (Id hate to shoot something that someone else is willing to pay more for than what I got it for)

p.s. I didn't pay 10.99 for it as the sticker says (the guy cut me a little bit of a deal)

I'd say it's shooter stuff. I don't know of any real collectable 9x18.
