Jun 12, 2007 | 10:58 PM Try a small test in your area.Get all of the people that feel guns are the try cause of crime and have them place a yard sign in their yard stating that guns are bad and they do not own one. Have the other people that feel as I do post a sign saying if you try to rob or in anyway hurt my family or steel my property you will be leaving in a body bag.
Sit back and find out what homes get hit and which get left alone.
It is not the gun but the person that is using it.

Hey anjdrifter, how about I bring over a Papa John's, cause of that sign I'll call first to let you know I'm coming.
The pizza manager did the right thing, he might not have a job but he's alive and probably saved the lives of the employee's too, thanks for the link to Pizza Hut, I'll be giving em a piece of my mind and Norms piece and together we'll make up a whole mind......... ;D

Thanks PshootR for the news article. I too responded to Pizza Hut with my wrath
I think some of these places don't want employees packing because they know ahead of time that they will undoubtly be pissing off their employees on a regular basis.

Hey Trent,
Those great glasses are aboard the HMS Melbourne, I gather from your image properties, and being a former carrier sailor, myself, I found it interesting. So I Wikied it and it was great reading:

I thought its time for an update to this thread.
After nearly 2 months of being unemployed, I finally found a descent job at an independently owned Cafe. I am in my fourth week working there and it is already much much better than it was at Sam's Club. And by some magical miracle I am making more money at the cafe then I ever did at Sam's, so the pressure is off -- so much so that I walked away from the Sun Coast Gun Show that was in Tampa on the 11th and 12th with 2 handguns. I got my girl a Taurus Ultra Light 38 Spec. and for myself I got a used Kel-Tec P3AT. I know the Kel-Tec is not a P64 but it fits in my pocket much better. I put 130 rounds through the little .380 today at the range and didn't have a single problem (except for the sting that the little ba***rd put in my wrist). I also inspected the Kel-Tec to look for the defects that are outlined on the KTOG forum, I am certain that I got a good one.
In any case, my new job will definitely do until I finish school.
Thanks again guys,
Marc Barnett

Congrats, and thanks for the update, I had been wondering if you had found a job. have you ventured into finding out if you can carry there?

The reason I bought the Kel-Tec was for a work gun, my P64 is still my primary. So, yes I CAN carry there, and I do...even after my firing from Sam's I have yet to go unarmed, I refuse to be forced into helplessness. I just have to have a smaller gun while at work, hence the tiny .380.
