nbender, it is mainly the sap that causes the re-action. thoroughly dry wood shouldnt be much problem. and it is sealed with oil, wax or some other finish so there is no actual contact with the wood itself when completed. is is what i would call a semi-hard it cuts/carves easily, but it is prety tou...
