Hi Norm,

I did not take out the cartridge indicator. I removed and cleaned the safety pin and the safety pin chamber, however. The cartridge indicator appears to work normally. When a round is in the chamber, the indicator projects out the back of the slide as it should.

Hi Norm,

What is the best way to tell if it's in full battery? (sorry to ask such a beginner question). When I rack the slide, both with or without a round in the chamber, it looks the same to me.

Hi Gents-thanks for the replies. Norm, I checked, and it looks like the trigger return spring is in place. I had trouble getting the slide stop bar off, but I found with the aid of a flashlight, I could look through the hole and visually see the spring was in place below that little stop without rem...

I am having the same problem. My safety broke, so I replaced it. I cleaned and reassembled the gun.. Empty, the safety and trigger work as they should. I chamber a round, and move the safety to fire, and the trigger feels disconnected and does not actuate. What should I be looking for?
