
Hello Hardcorekeith (This is good info) I did find on my trigger bar where you mention there was deep machine marks from the factory so I smoothed the whole flat area down first to allow the trigger bar to get a better lock on the hammer this seems to have made a improvement on how much hammer swing I have.
Just my experience:
(Question): I was wondering if making the cut on the trigger bar will increase the chances for a crack to start there. Was your trigger bar reworked by the armorer after it left the factory.

(Just a side note): I also noticed on mine the hammer was coming in contact with the two tabs on the bottom of the safety that protrude (when in fire mode) this was keeping the hammer from making good strikes on the firing pin.
