The M1 for sure. Every time I see one, I start getting the itch.

They did have some M1 Carbines but I didn't photograph any of those. The most interesting one was one with a HUGE nightscope. Had to weigh more than the gun.

Eglin, huh. Sounds good.

That is absolutely the best-looking Jungle Carbine I've ever seen. I think I've still got some of those stripper clips somewhere. Had a Savage-made No 4 Mk I but sold it because the barrel had throat erosion and I couldn't coax decent accuracy out of it.

I think I thought the M14 was an M1 carbine - my bad. I feel like an ass.

Oh, you mean in the picture with the M79. Well, it's not the clearest photo ever, plus, I cut off the muzzle.

Ah don't feel that way, we all boo boo from time to time, besides it gave me an oppertunity to show off my M1 carbine and #5 Jungle carbine again.
