Concealed Carry with one in the tube?
I hope somehwere in this thread delija has his question answered. Thanks.....i hope so too! Not sure why Bzinggg seems a bit short tempered (maybe it's just 'impatient"?)- but any Navy guy or family of Navy is OK with me. To stay off topic, let me say I'm happy as hell that my son is finally h...

Concealed Carry with one in the tube?
Bzinggg....I have thoroughly cleaned the P64. My real issue is not so much with the stiffness of the safety, but the awkwardness of engaging and disengaging it. Hard to imagine disengaging it under the kind of stress that would justify a draw from concealment as I understand CCW laws (at least here ...

Concealed Carry with one in the tube?
I feel like I am missing something here. Let me first say that I have not carried my P64 as a CCW, but only because I've gotten so comfortable with my little Kel Tec P32 after having gotten tired of dressing around a double stack 9mm (XD). But I do have a holster for it and I keep thinking it's gott...

Overtravel-stop experiment
Thays an old Kel-Tec trick that works great on them because of the looong trigger travel pull. Thanks for the tip. Well I took a look at my P32, and it had to be another model Kel Tec that the eraser over-travel deal worked with....there is no over-travel at all on my little .32 AFAIK, the P3AT is ...

Overtravel-stop experiment
Must be where I read about it since I have and carry a Kel Tec P32....and have probably read every post on the KTOG board (Kel Tec Owners Group). http://ktog.org/Thays an old Kel-Tec trick that works great on them because of the looong trigger travel pull.
Thanks for the tip.
Peace,
D.

Overtravel-stop experiment
I am not sure if this has been tried before. I would bet that it has been, but haven't run across it here, so I figured I'd share my "experiment". After having replaced my "mainspring" with an 18# PPK spring from Wolfe, I was all smiles. I literally could not pull the trigger in ...

How many rounds do you keep your mag
Magazine springs don't lose their elasticity by staying compressed....they only wear out (over a VERY long time) from losts and lots of compression/decompression. There are many instances of old guns (mostly military "souvineers") having been left loaded for 50+ years and the mag springs w...

HOW TO TELL A NEWB IN FIRE ARMS
So the MSH (main spring housing) in my 1911 houses what?Uses main springs for recoil spring or hammer spring
clocks and watches have main springs in them , fire arms don't
LOL
Peace,
D.
