Re: New Plasic Grip Question

I do not believe I have made grips for the p 83. Is that a wrap around grip? If so, plastic would be the way to go. Wood is just unpredictable on guns designed for plastic wrap around grips...

Re: Whats it worth?

Thanks for the replies fellows. I think my dad is offering me a pretty good price on his. I think he only has one mag, and if I remember correctly, he wants 165. Think I might go ahead and get it.

Whats it worth?

So my dad has offered to sell me his p-64, and I am interested to know what current market values are. It is in pretty good shape, with only a small amount of bluing missing around the end of the barrel. If I do purchase it, I will use it as a carry gun when I get my license.

I'll be sure to post updates on how the p-64 grips are coming along. I'll have to borrow it from my dad, I'll be sure to tell him hello for you papabear, ...

Hello all! My name is Christian Bond, and I'm the son of a member some of you guys might remember, Himmel. I'm not sure if he's still on the forum. I made grips for some of you guys in the past, but stopped making them during college. Now I'm married, and have a little one on the way. I make and res...
