goin to be getting a RIA 1911 myself here soon my wife has a colt that I got for her and honestly I like it but I like the RIA just as much lol. oh well.

Figured I'd give them a go for my P64 if not I can carry my snubby .

I also have the 20 Recoil and the 18 main spring its a killer set up you can't go wrong you will love the P-64 all over again.

Sigh never mind.

Killer set of 9x18's you got there norm, love the chrome but its not something I could ever carry I guess sorta, anti shiny for myself lol. But seriously looks great

Oh I see your talking about using it to rake the slide. that would be a no I just rake it normally sounded like you where saying when you where shooting it was not chambering the next round.

never heard of that problem I've but over 300 rounds through it since the comp went on it, it cycles fine and the comp acts as if its the stock barrel bushing so the spring stays at the stock compression, sounds like you got a miss machined one.

Mine has done it too. though really its only marks from the slide slipping over my hand.
