What not to clean your P-64 with!!
Will do CZAYboy, from what I read it sounds good, espeically about not leaving smuges and fringerprints. Been using BreakFree and WonderLube, bought a ton of it off a dealer at a gun show in Tallahassee that was wanting to get rid of them, sold most of it, but looking for something else and EEZOX so...

Decided against the P-64
matheath, you came, you bought, you shot, you didn't like...........it's OK. That's why they make different brands of bicycle's, different spokes for different folks. IMHO, the DA trigger pull is heavy, but the SA pull on my 1968 & 1969 is nice, I had a perfect score for my CCW class and I used ...

"abwehr" Thank you! For all that expressed their opinions, thank you too, but a special thanks to "himmel" who had the courage to say he was sorry, regardless if he was right or wrong!! Please, lets keep this a gun borad. We already know that religion and politics don't mix, just...

Your first P-64, when?
I second abwehr statement, I have been on gunboards for nearly three years, that is how I found out about this P-64 site. Most of the folks there honest informative and in my case very helpfull. It seems it's always a few bad apples that make the rest look bad. I still enjoy Gunboards and go there o...

Your first P-64, when?
Hey guys, I got my first P-64 at a gun show in FL. Nov 2004 (1969) Everyone was calling it a Makarov then, and I guess they still are. Got my second one (1976) at my local dealer here in Ky Oct 2005 and as of today, got my third (1968) from a guy on Gunboards, where some of the Mak guys were bashing...

Now for something completely different
I really enjoy my .45's as well, I have a Remington Rand 1943 in VG condition, don't shot it much though, also a Colt 70 Series, a SA Milspec, and a S&W M1917 (half moon clips). I have put over 1,000 rds through my SA, did have a mag problem but changed mags and it is "sweet" to shoot....

Price check on "Aisle 64"
Dealers in W. Ky, and S. In. are asking $179 _ $199 now. Grips??
Hi nimble 1, Newbie here on P-64 Resourse, it is my understanding that Zeeborg over on the GunBoards is going to be making them as soon as he has the mold made for the P-64 grips. I have bought 4 sets of his grips for the CZ52 and they are IMHO very nice. He makes them in different solid colors or w...
