Can anyone tell me if there's an English translation of this P-64 Military Manual?

I thought that I saw a reference on the web, but don't know if it's a translation of the lengthy manual posted in this Sticky. I was unable to access it.

I'm not sure of a full translation, but you can copy/paste into Google Translate from the PDF.
Acrobat had a few issues recognizing the text from the images, but overall, did a decent job.

As a native Polish speaker, I can tell you that Google Translator does an absolutely HORRIBLE job with Polish in general. Perhaps it does better with technical language. One of the big problems it struggles with is verb conjugations, which in turn completely change the meaning of the sentences.

I wouldn't even try an online translator for something like this. I found the illustrations of one-handed firing interesting...who would do that these days?

I would. I practice one hand shooting all the time. You can't be sure that you'll have 2 hands available all the time. My first shooting instructor (more than 45 years ago now) insisted on practicing shooting with one hand at least half the time, because he said "they're called 'HAND guns', not 'HANDS guns'."

I practice one-handed with either hand too -including dry-firing and manipulating the safety-decocker on and off and cocking the hammer without breaking the firing grip. It's really not that bad at all left-handed but I have a pretty mobile, strong, and dexterous thumb. Having grip tape on the front strap and leather-covered grips helps for holding on with just the fingers as the thumb crosses over to the wrong side of the gun to operate the safety. This is actually not all that hard with practice.

I put some work into getting the safety to snick on and off smoothly yet still have plenty of detent. The P64 safety can be made to operate just as nicely as a well-tuned 1911 although the decock takes a tiny bit more force to activate than just going back to safe with the hammer forward in DA mode.

I don't quite have the pinky strength to operate the magazine release quickly with that awkward reach one-handed, although I can just barely reach it without shifting my grip on the other fingers too much and get it to release after a few seconds of wriggling around in there. I need the other hand to insert the fresh mag anyhow so the pinky doesn't speed things up at all here.
