My trigger bar broke :(

Short version of the story is: I picked up a P64 about a month ago from a local shop. 1968 date, a few scratches on the trigger guard but otherwise in great shape. I've put about 125 rounds through it - 50 Wolf 105gr, 50 Wolf military classic 95gr, and half a box of Silver Bear HP. I had it at the range today with the intent of finishing off the rest of my ammo (~20 Wolf 105s, the half-box of HPs), got through the Wolf with no problem, then put about a mag and a half of the HP through it when the trigger stopped working. It would pull, but the hammer wouldn't drop. I took the slide off and found that my trigger bar had snapped off just behind the trigger, making the range trip much less fun. I've found a replacement on gunbroker with a couple other spare parts (no auction-sniping please!), but it's kind of expensive for such a little amount of parts.
Is my only course of action for replacement parts hoping for them to pop up on gunbroker and the like? Or is there a source I don't know about? I did a quick search on these forums, but didn't see anything.
Actually I guess that's more the whole story, not just the short version. hmm
edit:One thing I just thought of - would replacing the hammer spring reduce the stress on the trigger bar?

WELCOME
sounds like you learned a lot in a shot time
there is no parts for these guns and may be not to shoot anything over a 95 grn bullet in a P-64
I don't get me started on wolf ammo
getting back to your problem if you have the both parts take it to a qualified gun smith and have him weld it
the trigger return spring probably broke first, it common on all round hammer P-64's because of the spring wire they used on them, not until tell they change the hammer to the triangular hammer did they change the trigger return spring's
It should only cost $65.to $85. to do, or part out your gun, there guys waiting for parts
I can tell you how to weld it go here

the parts have to be invested or they will move

Well, my trigger bar came in yesterday, and I installed it today. Everything seems to work correctly, aside from one small thing: When I took the gun apart a few days ago I lost the little washer thing that sits on top of the hammer spring, and now the DA pull seems to be less than that of my father's S&W Sigma. Somewhere between it and my CZ75's DA trigger, but either way much less than factory. Should I replace the hammer spring with one from Wolff, or will this current setup suffice?
(as an aside, I planned on replacing the recoil and hammer spring on those from wolff, but should I do that before I test-fire it?)

Should we "round hammer" owners get replacement trigger springs? Are they readily available...Wolf Springs or someone else?
Now that Tennessee Guns is importing spare parts are the trigger springs for triangular hammers interchangable with those of the round hammers? If they are then I might just buy one with a trigger bar as a spare just in case.
This is what I was referencing on another thread...a list of spare parts (those likely to break with everyday use) that we can acquire...just in case. Especially now as the sooner we get them the better. You never know how long the parts supply will last, just like anything else! :'(
