That is something else......they had something similar to that a Knob Creek at the lower range, don't think it was a Makarov, but it had a 20 rd mag/clip, and it was pretty awesome

Yes it is APS.
Soviet army was equipped in it in the same time as Makarov pistol.

Selector lever has three positions: safe, single and auto fire:


Note that the rear sight is adjustable for ranges: 25,50,100 and 200 meters:


As you see the stock is also a holster(two types of it - Wood and plastic):




I had a chance to shot with this pistol once.
In fact with stock it is amazing controllable.

I know that some Polish guy bought it in Czech Republic but unfortunately pistols were only single fire :-/

Amazing! Adjustable sites for up to 200-<s>yards</s> meters on a 9x18 "pistol"! ... and a shoulder stock holster. Fascinating.

I have shot a browning Hi-power in full auto, what a blast. The video was great.
