Took my p-64 to the range a little while ago. It would not take silver bear fmj, had lots of jame. the hollow point did well with 100 rounds shot with no jams; I broke it down and cleaned it, but now I cannot get the slide to go back on, any help would be appreciated. love this gun Dan

Did you take off the recoil spring , if you did the small end goes on frist

you can find many solutions for this problem on the repair forums on this site . holler again on that one and they will help you . ! it will all be OK . it is NOT broke! heehee

I got the slide on, it is funny I have 2 makarovs and clean them all the time. Thanks for the help. Dan

The trigger pull is a bear, but I got used to it, I don't think it kicks anymore than my makarovs. I actually don't mind the trigger pull, justs adds to the safety of the gun when carrying . Dan
