The Unofficial P64 Resource Forum

I've seen some guys on here polish the checkering off their grips. I was wondering how they do it? I think a polished set would be much more comfortable for me.

I wasted much of my youth "polishing grips".
If I was so a mind I'd start slowly w/sanding block n 80 grit paper, 150, 220/280/320 n then gray rubbing compound. Or sumpthin along those lines. Lot easier 2 take it off than put it back on............
