Are P64 grips inter-exchangable with the P83?

^ Topic! I adore the crap out of my p83 that I purchased recently, its gorgeous! But I must admit I love wood grips over synth grips any day. I was looking at pictures of various grips and it honestly looks like the same screw placement and all.

If anyone knows if it is or any place where I can get wood grips for my p83, let me know please!!

Welcome to the forum.

I will check mine but I do not think they will switch.

I just checked my P64 Marschal wood grips against the P83 and no they won''t fit.

The slide release is in the way and they are too short and I have the extended wood grips.

Dennis Marschalko has made wood P-83 grips.: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=3709

He is normally very busy tho. If you really want them try emailing him. It might be a wait tho.

Other alternative is to search for anyone else that does custom wood grips and email them.

Maybe see if the Bond Wood guy is up for it.: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=4015

I do not see P83 grips on his site. I thought he did have them at one time.

Normally, I love wood grips. I think they add class to most handguns. But I really like the standard grips on the P83.
