Wondering if it works well. I am looking at one of their ankle holsters.

You could try it. But I really don't think it would fit correctly. Unfortunately the trigger guard on the P-64 is just a little bit to large to fit most hard PPK holsters.

Can't speak for the Fobus, but I have a DeSantis Sof-Tuck for the PPK that works great.

Right now, I carry in a Galco Front Pocket model which works well as I carry it in the inside pocket of my bomber jacket. There was a Fobus PPK Ankle holster on ebay(cheap) but looking at the PPK and P64 juxtaposed I wondered if it would fit properly. Thanks guys for your input. I really want ankle carry but frankly don't want to spend $70-100.

I've got a Fobus paddle holster (OWB) for my P-64 and it fits and carries great with no modifications. The model number printed on the Fobus holster is: SG-3.

I use a Fobus paddle holster for my pistol. It is a perfect fit. I, too, chose the PPK holster, good fit, no worries. I sometimes use it as a BUG to the CZ82 that I open carry in another Fobus. I picked a holster for a Kahr 40 to fit the CZ and it, too, fits very well.

When I "dress up" for Herself I open carry the 64 with white grips.
