trigger bar

Post by ranger857 »

I just went to to the range and fired 50 rounds through the gun. When i got home I took it apart to clean it. When I put it back together I noticed that the trigger bar stays down all the time now like the safety is always on. Is there a easy fix or do I need to take it in to a gun smith?

Is the trigger bar spring not holding up the bar? It may have come loose when you disassembled the gun or possibly during the last few shots at the range and you just didn't notice it. Hmmm...

Welcome to the forums, I hope this is an easy fix like Junius says and not another example of a broken trigger bar.

thank you for that. I see that is the issue now and fixed it and will have many more happy days at the range now. I was upset that my new favorite gun was broken.
