It's not. This was a circular all around the internet and various emails. It's a bunch of half-truths and lies. You can read about it on http://www.snopes.com and find the particular story and it will tell the actual story. I'm probably one of the weirdest folks when it comes to emails. I hate false emails so I always look up the truth to it before I forward one on. In my experience, about 99% of the stories you read in emails are all fake.

At least the guy got life in prison.

Too bad they just didn't put the guy out of his misery and save tax payers' dollars for something more useful than feeding and sheltering a turd.
