Just recieved my first p-64 and probably should have looked it over better before field stripping but after I put it back together noticed you can see back of main spring when slide is in closed or in fire position have never noticed this on any other pistol, but it all seems to function right.
And can someone send pic of how back barrel is supposed to look there is a cut out which I think is wright but it seems to have a couple of chip places in it

Did you put it back together with the smaller end of the spring on the barrel first? You should have to wiggle the spring on the barrel. To my remembrance, I don't recall seeing the spring when the pistol is locked in battery.
Some of these guns will have gall marks on the chamber part of the barrel. It appears that when someone was disassembling the pistol at one time and taking the barrel off, they let it slip and the bottom of the slide whacked into the chamber area and leaves 1 or 2 gall marks.

OK, you're not crazy. To see the recoil spring from the ejection port is normal. Here is a picture of mine along with some of the marks on my chamber area. One mark looks to be caused from the slide. The other 2 are on the extractor cut away and were probably formed from the extractor.
and...

AIM is a super good place to do business with. I bought a CZ-82 from them that I am very pleased with, it's one of my favorite guns. Everywhere you look on the internet for customer reviews or opinions of AIM are always positive. Glad to be of service.

Yes I just noticed tonight that when you have loaded round in the chamber you cannot see that small piece 0f recoil spring; like that showed in the piscture but stilll can when slide foward and chamber empty
Yea I have bought several swiss rifles from Aims and have gotten good stuff, in the condition it was advertized, got a k-31 last june with the best stock from a surplus place I have ever seen good blue and excellent bore, not always as cheap as some but quality is more some times never got a cz 82 from aims, but did from sog great shooter rough finish but nothing that a two tone duracoat job could not take care of.
Yea apprecciate the info from everyone in years past, I have noticed that on some gun forums especially for the new guy people have a tendancy to be smart a--------- to questions as such but it is the only way to learn is ask.
