OK, I'll try to help. If you are talking about the ammo on this link:

I would say it's fine. I, personally, bought the Silver Bear 94gr (for two dollars more per 500) but the Brown Bear and Silver Bear on that page is all made at the Bernaul factory in Russia, motherland of the Makarov. I've never had any trouble with it.
I shoot 4 P-64s, an East German Makarov, a Bulgarian Makarov and a CZ-82, and have not experienced one FTF or jamb on any of the Barnaul ammo I have bought.
If you have trouble with it, it will probably be pistol or magazine problems, perhaps cleaning or maintenance, not ammo problems. Also, since I don't know how much experience or training you have had in the operation of semi-automatic handguns, I will add that for a handgun of that type to function properly, you have to use a firm grip with a stiff wrist and straight forearm. "Limp-wristing" will cause malfunctions, (jambs) because the frame needs not to move backward as the slide moves backwards. The frame needs to remain stationary so the blowback energy is adequate to drive the slide backward through its entire cycle to extract and eject the spent case, cock the hammer, and to return smartly driving a new cartridge home into the chamber, ready to be struck.
