Urgent Safety Recall Notice!

Romanian Tokarev TT33-C Pistols purchased since October 2009 and Imported by I.O. Inc. (Inter Ordnance). Some of these pistols have defective safety devices and SHOULD NOT BE FIRED.
I.O. Inc. has established a recall system. We are sending our customers notices by mail with instructions from I.O. Inc. as to how the returns/repairs will be made.

I called the company up today and they are sending me a fedex pickup slip to send it back for repair. I don't know if the safety problem has anything to do with it, but my son put about 40 shots through it this weekend and toward the end it locked up the slide and would not allow it to move forward or rearward. It also locked up the mag from being ejected. He had to take it down to get it to operate again but could not find anything obviously wrong with it. ???
