I have been looking for some comfortable pants to use IWB. I am using a p-64 with clipdraw. Looked around and found some pants with an expandable waist and all the other criteria I was looking for. Also they have them in odd sizes-- mine is 29 inch inseam.

Here they are. Seriously, these are super comfortable and the clipdraw combined with this is the most comfortable I have ever been using IWB.

Sams club carries something similar. The name of theirs is Savane. They are Machine washable micro fibre. They are very nice and pretty cheap too, I believe they are about $24 a pair. If you use an IWB holster, these are nice because if you don't wear the holster, they still fit and are not so loose.
