new p64 report

hello everyone, my p64 came in sat. i came home for a christmas break before leaving for afganistan in a few weeks. my wife had ordered me one for a birth day/christmas present. my main carry gun at home is usually a 1911 but i started to grow fond of my zastava m70 for those "light days" but being in .32 cal. i felt a little iffy at times. i was happily surprised when the p64 came in as it was a hair smaller than the zastava and being DA and in 9x18 i think i have a new carry gun. gun is a 1967 and in verry good condition except for some thin blueing on the slide. DA trigger pull is stout but i consider it useable. and accuracy is great. all in all i love this pistol but J&G must be getting closer to the bottom of the bbl. as i dont think i realy got anything special for my extra 10 bucks for hand-select but maybe i did. anyway for the money these pistols are the best deal out there.
