The Don Hume J.I.T. Slide for a Sig Sauer 230 works perfectly.

Airspeed,
Are you saying that a Don Hume JIT slide belt holster works well for a P-64 and/or a Sig 230? What size a 42 ? Sgt P.

Stillkruzn, do you like the belt klip to secure the Don Hume H715 holster in your waistband? I have had problems with that type of holster in the past. Will go with one of Dick Funks US Gunleather IWB custom holsters, but thank you for your info.

Sgt... I do like the clip... I carry at about 5:00 and the gun just sits really well there for me... I make sure the clip is over my belt and it seems to stay better... even getting in and out of the truck/car....

I was interested in both holsters for my P-64...

What pistol size did you all order for a correct fit?

Kilogulf59, yeah Dick makes some awesome custom holsters for the little P-64. 8-) I am looking at one of his older models now.

Thanks for the kind words fellas. I should note that all pancake models will be sporting a double row of stitching from now on. I'll throw some photos up here as soon as I pull them off the camera.

Dick,
Yeah that is a super belt slide holster. Like the reinforced double row of stitching and the sweat guard. You do super work. Are you sure that you didn't work for one of the larger holster makers before? You got it down perfect. . . now instead of 1 holster on my wish list, I have 3 US gunleather models that I want. Now just have to let the wife and kids know what I really want for Christmas is, leather gear for the P-64s. Sgt P.

Thanks, Bruce. I'm certain I've not worked for anyone else! This whole venture is now a year old.

These pancakes are some of my favorite way to carry the P64 - they just ride so high and tight which makes them disappear even under a t-shirt. Very comfortable and is probably the best choice for those that don't want to stick a hunk of steel down their pants.
You can see here that I'm not even using a belt that's worth a damn and the holster still doesn't flop

I think I'll be offering custom gun belts here shortly - I see makers charging $80, $90, and up for these, which puts them out of reach for the normal working class. This is unacceptable to me, as a proper belt is just as important as a proper holster. I'll keep you guys posted.

*OP - didn't mean to hijack this thread - sorry

Dickfunk, If you do make belts, a ranger in the same brown as my holster and mag carrier would be great.
