Auction ended without a sale, might have had something to do with the $400 starting price for a non-firing version of a gun that's less then $200?
Polish Radom P-64 semi-automatic training pistol. Caliber: 9 mm Makarov This is a training device as used in Polish military schools. The pistol has a factory barrel cut away and will not function with real ammunition. It was meant solely for training. The pistol was introduced in 1964 under the name, "wz. 1964". It was manufactured by Radom in 1968, as indicated by Warsaw Pact code on the slide, "11" (in the circle). Several small Radom factory marks are stamped on various parts of the pistol.
