What have you'all done with the trigger pin?

I mean ,I have 2 @P-64s and I notice the trigger pin is not tight.One of mine they made an attempt to stake the end I guess to try to tighten it up.Well it didn't .
On both of them, the pin will back out and eventually rub on the slide.Is this normal? Does it cause any problems? should I stake it more? Or will It be too hard to ever get out?
Just thought I'd see what others have done.

this pin is healed in by the slide , you might want to check and see if the pin has been put in upside down
do not stake the pin

With a pin head footprint like that you wouldn't need staking, unless someone lost one, and jury rigged a pin. Maybe grit in the pin recess, keeping it from full installation.

you would think so , but I have seen two or three installed upside down
